I couldn't sleep one night so I made this
4-6 am or so
this happens when you sleep
six feet away from a four track
and step over gtr pedals every morning
the sharpest edge -> distortion

sans amp so the neighbours can only get so pissed
and they sing oasis songs in the mornings so fuck em

this piece "as intended" has no interruption running 52:25
but it's also too large to upload here
so here's the "tape edit" which isn't really an edit
since the master rolls from end to end anyways

ghosts of former sessions haunt the flip
(you think I've got endless blank tapes in this one room apartment?)
mostly sounds from the street outside
from an SM-57 perched on the window

this was right around when the cold crept in
and the leaves disappeared
and everyone starts getting
weird about that whole dark by 4 pm thing
